- Bank payment and payment using a debit or a credit card
Cancellations and Ticket Refunds
If you would like to cancel your Flexy tickets, please contact us by phone +30 2815 000 200 (call charges may vary depending on your telecommunication provider) and we will inform you of the required actions, such as sending up an email with a request for the ticket refund.
Tickets with Transfer can be cancelled or be moved to a new date provided that the Transfer cost is going to be paid again and the request is made up until 20:00 of the previous day. In any other case you will not be able for a refund.
Discounted Tickets are non refundable tickets and they cannot be used next year.
Watercity’s watergames and facilities have mechanical and sometimes electrical components therefore we reserve the right to close attractions for maintenance. If one or more attractions are out of order, you will not be entitled to a refund in whole or part of the cost of the entrance ticket.
In the unfortunate case of bad weather conditions Watercity reserves the right to keep the park closed for your own safety. In this case, you are entitled to change dates in all ticket types.
In case of serious breakdown, catastrophe or threat of explosion or any other type of threat, we reserve the right to evacuate the park for safety reasons. In this event, no refunds will be available.
Watercity has the right to change its opening hours or opening dates at any time without any prior notice. In this case, refunds will be available of all types of tickets.
No refund of any ticket type is going to be made once you get inside Watercity.
We reserve the right to amend our cancellation and returns policy at any time.
