Storing ticket data

The information you provide when purchasing your tickets is stored in a private ticket management system accessible only to authorized personnel of the company. You may at any time request modification, correction or deletion of your information by sending us an email at info@watercity.gr.

Storing contact form information

The data that you send us via the contact form is not stored in a database. We receive the entire content of the form via e-mail and we only use this information for the purpose that you contacted us for. We use legally acquired software and services with a high protection index to read and store our emails.


Your subscription to the newsletter is performed by filling in the corresponding form on our website. The subscription can also be made through one of our promotional actions in which you have stated that you wish to subscribe to the newsletter service. If you wish to withdraw your consent and stop receiving newsletters, you can do so from the link at the bottom of each newsletter or contact us at watercity.gr+delete@baked.gr. We appreciate and respect your privacy and your personal data. This process unsubscribes you from the newsletter service but does not erase you from the software we use to send the news emails.
