Two payment methods are available to pay online:

- Bank payment and payment using a debit or a credit card
Cancellations and Ticket Return
If you would like to cancel your tickets, please contact us by phone +30 2815 000200 (call charges may vary depending on your telecommunication provider) and we will inform you of the required actions, such as drawing up an email with a request for the ticket return.
You have the right to cancel your purchase as provided for in Article 4 of Law N.2251 / 1994. You can cancel your order within fourteen (14) days after its execution if you have not yet visited the park.
In addition, according to the Directive 2013/11/EU (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2. show & lng = EL) a user is entitled to initiate the Alternative Dispute Resolution
In the event that any dispute arises, the courts of the company’s headquarters, namely the Courts of Heraklion, Crete, are responsible for its resolution.
